National Bank of Greece has partnered with Accenture to develop EVA tool for the corporate portfolio. EVA Tool is a web application that provides a centralized view of corporate clients, including profitability metrics, where users could access all active products, balances, commissions, and create scenarios by adding, modifying, or deleting products. The tool provides Group, Company and portfolio level views for existing clients and the option to run scenarios for new relationships; users have the option to run scenarios at account level and for the rest at product level, generating peer group and pre/post scenario analysis for key profitability drivers.
