Archirodon’s “CoE Kickstart” transformed the success of its AI Engineering Assistant into a company-wide strategy for data and AI. Partnering with Satori, the company launched an AI Discovery Program across 22 departments, engaging 62 employees as CoE Leads. Using Satori’s proprietary framework, more than 70 ideas were evaluated for ROI (in FTE productivity gains) and readiness. The result was 27 actionable initiatives — 17 for custom AI projects and 10 leveraging existing tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot. As the first structural step of Archirodon’s AI CoE, the program embedded ownership, clarity, and sustainability, making AI a shared cultural capability.
